It was a great experience. Expected some minute troubles with shipping and they were prevalent. But bikes online was there to comp. Every step of the way. Paid for the wheels to be trued, brakes, rotor. Then piled on a gift card on top of paying for all repairs. If you want to avoid the haggle and price of your local shop. Buy from Ride On Wheels.

I bought the Siskiu D6 for my husband. This is a great bike for the price point. It was easy to do the little bit of assembly with the supplied tools. Shipping via FedEx had some unexplained delays, but other than that this is a great bike and we would definitely buy from Ride On Wheels again.

I received excellent customer service, a very fair return policy for a Christmas gift and a perfect bike for my grandkid that didn't need a return anyway. The only complaint with the whole process is FedEx--if they'd used UPS for my delivery, I wouldn't have any complaints.

My bike came with a kinked shift cable. Support was very responsive and paid for the repair at a LBS under warranty. Overall, I'm very happy with the buying process.

I got my bike as a Christmas gift and just love it! It is very easy and comfortable to ride. Changing gears is very easy as well. Ride On Wheels worked great for me. I ordered my Polygon Siskui T8 that was in stock on 5/7/22 and it arrived 5/12/22. I live in Southern California so this may have helped with the turn around time. Bike came as promised easy to put together handle bars, seat post, and front tire. I have ridden it a couple times so far and love it.

Bike is great and easy to assemble. The only difficulty we’re the brakes which tended to get off balance after braking which caused it to rub on the wheel.

Handles great, rides smooth, and rolls fast. All my friends were impressed. The setup is equal to any bike the priced at 3 to 5 thousand. I shall enjoy this one for many years to come.
